Every request below goes to one address: [email protected]. We reply within 30 days, we do not charge, and we do not treat you differently for asking.
Tell us which game, and write from the email address on the account if there is one — it is how we confirm the request is yours.
We do not sell or share your data
Under California law, “sell” and “share” have specific meanings that include disclosing data for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not do either. There are no advertising identifiers, no ad SDKs and no third-party ad networks in any Sibad title, so there is no opt-out to offer — there is nothing to opt out of.
We also do not use sensitive personal information for anything beyond providing the game.
What you can ask for
- A copy of your data — everything we hold about you, in a readable format.
- A correction — if something we hold is wrong.
- Deletion — see Delete your account for the fastest route, which does not require writing to us at all.
- Portability — your data in a structured, machine-readable file.
- To object or restrict — ask us to stop or limit a particular use.
If you are in the EU or UK
You have these rights under the GDPR. Our lawful bases are: performing our contract with you (saving your progress, verifying your purchase), legitimate interests (fixing crashes, preventing fraud), and legal obligation (keeping purchase records).
You can withdraw consent where we rely on it, and you can complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first.
If you are in California
You have the rights above under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to non-discrimination for exercising them. As stated above, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.
You may use an authorised agent; we will ask for proof of authorisation.
If you are somewhere else
Ask anyway. We apply the same process to everyone regardless of where you live, because running two standards would be more work than running one good one.
How we verify a request
For most requests, replying from the email address on the account is enough. For a deletion or a copy of data, we send a confirmation link to that address before acting. We will never ask you for a password, a payment detail, or a copy of an identity document.
