Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Sibad. They cover this website. The games themselves are licensed to you under a separate End User Licence Agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two overlap.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You may read, link to and quote from this site freely. You may use the material in our press kit in coverage of Sibad or its games without asking first.
You may not use the site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or to misrepresent your relationship with us.
Submitting a game to us
If you send us a build through our publishing page, you keep every right you already had in it. Sending us something does not give us a licence to use it, and does not create a partnership or an obligation on either side.
We will treat what you send as confidential and will not share it outside the people who need to see it to give you an answer.
Please only send us work that is yours to send. We may already be working on something similar, and we cannot promise not to — if that happens, it will be a coincidence rather than a use of your material.
Our content
The text, illustration, logos and design on this site belong to Sibad unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright. The illustration is generated and finished in our own house style for our own use.
To report material on this site that you believe infringes your copyright, see our copyright policy.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate, but it describes games that are still in development. Release dates, features, platforms and prices can change. Nothing here is a promise that a particular feature will ship.
Links out
Where we link to another site — a store listing, a developer’s page — we are not responsible for what is on it. Following a link is your own decision.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Beyond that, this website is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sibad is registered, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
